RecycleCore Privacy Policy

Account information, including names, email addresses, roles, organization membership, and authentication records.

Supplier and business records entered by authorized operators, which may include contact details, addresses, date of birth, government-issued identification numbers, and compliance status.

Operational records, including materials, weights, prices, transactions, payment methods, check references, yards, stations, and audit history.

App and device metadata, including a random installation identifier, device model, operating-system version, app version, assigned organization, and last-seen time.

Support communications and technical diagnostics provided by users or generated when diagnosing service failures.

We process information to authenticate users, enforce organization and role boundaries, operate recycling workflows, calculate transactions, support compliance, approve managed installations, prevent abuse, and provide support.

RecycleCore does not sell personal information or use operational data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Customer business data is not used to train general-purpose models without separate, explicit authorization.

Information is available to authorized personnel of the organization that controls the relevant RecycleCore tenant. Droco LLC may use contracted infrastructure, monitoring, security, and support providers to operate the service under appropriate access controls.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of an approved business transfer. The service is designed and tested to keep each customer tenant's records isolated from every other tenant.

This marketing website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate page traffic when analytics is enabled for a deployment. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives page-view events, approximate location derived from IP, and device/browser metadata. We do not send names, email addresses, or any RecycleCore operational or supplier data to analytics.

You can opt out with standard browser controls (blocking third-party cookies or script blockers) or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The RecycleCore application itself (dashboard and iPad app) does not include third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

Retention depends on the customer's approved policy, contractual requirements, and applicable recycling, tax, employment, and recordkeeping law. High-risk identity documents should not be uploaded until the customer has approved purpose, access, retention, and deletion controls.

We use tenant-scoped authorization, encrypted transport, restricted credentials, audit records, and operational safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security; suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.

Users should first contact the organization that issued their RecycleCore account to request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or audit purposes.

RecycleCore is a business operations service and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change and will post the revised effective date here.
