The current pilot path covers tenant-scoped supplier intake, transactions, manual weight evidence, server-owned pricing, compliance checks, and check-reference payout through the dashboard and native iOS app. Field distribution and physical-device proof are separate gates.
The pilot is for recycling operators willing to start with a supervised, clearly bounded workflow. We document roles, policies, hardware, stop conditions, and feedback ownership before the first live transaction.
The server is the pricing authority. It can apply tenant prices, supplier tiers, grade multipliers, and authorized overrides with explicit rounding. Commercial subscription pricing is discussed during pilot fit and is not promised by this form.
RecycleCore uses a generated API contract and replaceable adapter direction. Immutable ticket PDFs and AirPrint come before printer automation. Scale and accounting integrations are validated provider by provider; direct check printing and bidirectional accounting write-back are not current pilot claims.
RecycleCore uses HTTPS, tenant-scoped data access, role-based authorization, and audit records. Deployment controls, backups, retention, and recovery are verified separately for each environment.
